- Conducted a corpus-based study on English textbooks in Bangladesh, focusing on vocabulary acquisition
- Utilized Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools to analyze high-frequency and mid-frequency word families in SSC and HSC textbooks developed by NCTB
- Results indicated insufficient coverage of high-frequency words, which may hinder learners' vocabulary development
- Identified an overuse of mid-frequency words beyond the ideal range, potentially negatively impacting language acquisition
- Noted that only a small portion of newly introduced words in the HSC textbook were repeated adequately for mastery
